The John McGivney Children’s Centre (JMCC) Board of Directors would like to congratulate and thank Jessica Sartori, CEO, for over three years of dedicated service, as she has decided to move on to other opportunities.

“Throughout her time as CEO, Jessica has shown great enthusiasm and immense passion for children and youth with disabilities and their families in Windsor and Essex County,” says Ken Kapustiak, Board President, JMCC.

The JMCC team achieved significant accomplishments during Sartori’s tenure with the organization, including navigating the COVID-19 pandemic while keeping clients, families and staff safe and quickly pivoting to offering virtual services; attaining Accreditation with Exemplary Standing from Accreditation Canada; developing a Youth Advisory Council to empower young people to share their experiences and ideas.

“It has been an honour to be a part of the amazing team at JMCC and to work with our many partners in our community and across the province. I am proud of what we have accomplished together,” says Sartori. “A highlight for me was having the opportunity to connect and work with so many of our inspirational clients and their families. JMCC truly is a place where dreams come true, where goals are achieved, and where expectations are exceeded.”

“We want to thank Jessica for her service to JMCC, our staff, our clients and their families,” says Kapustiak. “We are looking forward together to a bright and successful future and are confident in finding a strong leader to take on the important role of CEO.”
