Provides toll-free, 24-hour, bilingual and anonymous phone counselling to young people in Canada.

Mood and Anxiety Treatment Program
Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare’s (HDGH) Mood and Anxiety Treatment Program, located on the CPH floors of the Toldo Neurobehavioural Institute, is a specialized program providing services to individuals over the age of 16 with severe, complex, or treatment resistant mood and/or anxiety disorders. Mood and Anxiety Treatment assesses your needs based on current diagnosis, length of illness, disability caused by illness, and risk. You must be referred to the Mood and Anxiety Treatment Program by another hospital, psychiatrist or physician, or community mental health providers. The Mood and Anxiety Treatment Program at HDGH is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Services are provided at no cost to you upon presentation of a valid OHIP card.

Shalom Counselling Services of Leamington
Shalom Counselling Services provides affordable therapeutic counselling and educational services to the residents of Essex and Kent Counties. Trained staff are also available to offer faith-based counselling services.

Teen Health Centre
The Teen Health Centre offers free and confidential counselling services for youth 12-24 years old regarding the following topics, including: stress, depression, grief, self-harm, trauma, eating disorders, substance abuse.

Regional Children’s Centre
The Regional Children’s Centre is an accredited children’s mental health centre working in collaboration with children, youth, and their families who are experiencing mental health and/or developmental concerns. The RCC offers a variety of programs and services that are flexible and designed to meet the individual needs of each child and family.

The RCC’s Counselling Clinic quick, confidential access to mental health services for children, youth (up to the age of 18) and their families/guardians. Hours of Operation are: Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Fridays 8 to 4 p.m.

Community Crisis Centre
Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare’s (HDGH) Community Crisis Centre of Windsor-Essex County works in partnership with community social agencies to provide crisis response services to individuals 16 years of age and older who are experiencing an acute mental illness and/or psychosocial crisis.

Family Services Windsor-Essex Counselling & Advocacy Centre
Family Services Windsor-Essex (FSWE) provides counselling and individual support services Counselling services are offered for those who are experiencing challenges with relationships, addiction, depression, anxiety, sexuality, separation, divorce, parenting, trauma, self-esteem and emotional regulation and overall wellness. Support services are offered for those who need help finding housing, completing forms, or filling out taxes. FSWE also supports individuals experiencing hoarding, bullying, or financial distress.
