Friends of the Centre

Dr. Allan Conway accepted the Friend of the Centre award on behalf of Professor Jim Marsh and students of the Odette School of Business.

The Odette School of Business has been supporting and assisting the work of the Centre with key business projects since 2006; their most recent and ongoing work to identify opportunities for the development of new outcome based models of service delivery. We continue to be impressed with the knowledge, the professionalism and the dedication of all the students as they work diligently to achieve the deliverables of the projects undertaken, but more importantly, we have seen this in their insightful understanding and their commitment to achieve their best, in order to positively impact the lives of the very special children and families that we serve.

We look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come and to realizing the many long term benefits of this partnership in the enhanced quality of life of the children and families of our community.

John Zangari

The Friends of the Centre award was presented to John Zangari, Partner at Dillon Consulting Limited. John had expressed an interest in joining the Centre’s Ad-hoc Building Committee to help with the administering of our beautiful new building and renovation. With John’s vast engineering background and his many years of working in the consulting industry, he was an important asset to the Centre through the complex dealings with the contractor and architectural consultant.  We sincerely thank John for the time he has donated to us throughout the administering of our capital project.

We look forward to continuing our friendship with John for many years to come and sincerely appreciate his dedication to the John McGivney Children’s Centre.
