Morning Mindfulness (Week 1)

Rise and shine with some virtual yoga! Join us Friday mornings (July 16 through August 14) for beginners’ yoga with simple stretching and easy-to-do poses. Yoga is great for relaxation and it increases flexibility, strength and balance while promoting optimal health.

  • Criteria: Willingness to participate in virtual activities and ability to follow instructions. 
  • Ages: 10 to 21 years
