JMCC receives Community Impact Grant

he John McGivney Children's Centre (JMCC) is a recipient of a Community Impact Grant from the Windsor Essex Community Foundation (WECF). This grant will support our March Break Drama Camp which will run in March Break 2020. This camp, run in partnership with the Universiry of Windsor, will explore creative expression through drama, dance and visual art activities that build communication, encourage the development of social skills and enhance self-esteem. 

The WECF awarded the Community Impact Grants at their Annual General Meeting and Award Ceremony on Nov. 18, 2019 at the Windsor Club. Other recipients included: Downtown Windsor Business Accelerator, Jack Minor Bird Sanctuary, Kiwanis Windsor, New Song Church Feeding Windsor, Windsor Centre for Film, Digital Media and the Creative Arts, and the Windsor Essex Therapeutic Riding Association.
