Every child deserves a world where they can thrive, participate, and reach their fullest potential.

For children and youth with disabilities, the path can be filled with unique challenges. Families face these challenges with unwavering strength and love, and at the John McGivney Children’s Centre, we are honoured to walk alongside them, providing the vital, innovative services they rely on to navigate their journeys.

But we can’t do it alone.

Your generous gift can make an immediate and lasting impact. Contributions from donors like you help support essential resources such as our Family Support Fund, which assists families with unexpected expenses, or our translation services ensuring language is never a barrier to receiving essential care. Your support also extends to the many programs and services that strengthen the foundation for children and youth to flourish.

Join us in brightening their world. Every donation, big or small, fuels a future where empowerment, participation, and opportunity are within reach for every child.

Thank you for your kindness and commitment.

"Inaaya celebrated her 4th birthday this past November and we are just so proud of our strong, sweet and sassy little girl! I remember being so lost and confused when she was a baby. She was born weighing less than 4lb at full term. After a few months of her feeding struggles, the dietitian recommended we see an Occupational Therapist (OT) specialist at John McGivney. To our surprise she ended up needing way more than feeding assistance with the OT. Soon after her initial assessment Inaaya had appointments with an OT, Physiotherapist (PT) and Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). Her medical team kept growing and I always dreaded every single doctor’s appointment but going to JMCC for her therapy sessions felt like going to visit family. The warm smiles, the way they just loved Inaaya and cheered for every little victory felt like they were rooting for her just as much as we were. They always advocated for her needs and continued to provide the best support to us as she transitioned into JMCC school this year." - Aliya and Abbas Vazir
