JMCC Collective Agreement Ratified
The John McGivney Children’s Centre is pleased to share that the tentative agreement reached with OPSEU Local 170 has now been fully ratified.
This outcome provides important stability for the children, youth, and families we serve, and we are grateful to everyone for their patience and understanding throughout this process.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our dedicated team members for their continued professionalism and commitment to the families of Windsor–Essex.
We look forward to moving ahead together, focused on delivering high-quality care, programs, and supports to our community.

Tentative Agreement Reached with OPSEU Local 170
We are pleased to share that a tentative agreement has been reached with OPSEU Local 170, which represents our dedicated front-line team members.
Both parties remain hopeful that it will be ratified in the coming days.
This agreement reflects the shared commitment of all parties to work collaboratively in support of the children, youth, and families we serve. We look forward to continuing our important work together, providing the highest quality care, programs, and supports to families across Windsor-Essex.
