Giving Tuesday is a special moment each year, a global celebration of generosity that creates meaningful, local impact. Here in Windsor-Essex, that impact is felt every day at the John McGivney Children’s Centre (JMCC).
More than 4,000 children, youth, and families rely on JMCC each year for therapies, supports, and family-centred services that help them grow, learn, and thrive. These moments of progress, big and small, are made possible by a community that believes in every child’s potential.
This Giving Tuesday, JMCC is encouraging the community to make a gift that helps create more opportunities for confidence, connection, and meaningful milestones for the children and teens they serve.
How the Community Can Help:
Donate: Every gift matters. Donations can be made safely and securely online or by calling 519-252-7281 ext. 273. Give online at: https://jmccentre.ca/donate.
Spread Awareness: Sharing JMCC’s Giving Tuesday message helps inspire others to give.
Celebrate and Advocate: Community members are encouraged to honour the achievements of individuals with disabilities and promote inclusion in their daily lives.
Kindness shown today helps brighten the future for children with disabilities, empowering them to participate fully in their world. Together, our community can help create a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
JMCC extends heartfelt thanks to those who have already donated for their generosity and continued support.
