JMCC Family Support Fund

Funding Support for Your Child’s Equipment and Activities

The Family Support Fund at JMCC helps families who need money to buy special equipment or to join recreation programs for their child.

Each family can get up to $1,000 a year to help pay for things like wheelchairs, hearing aids, sports programs, or other extra costs that insurance doesn’t cover.

Eligibility

  • Have had a clinical appointment with JMCC within 1 year of the date on the application.
  • Under the age of 21.

  • Equipment
  • Recreation

Funding

  • The fund will consider requests up to $1,000 per client during the fiscal year (between April 1 – March 31).

How to Apply

Talk to your child’s JMCC therapist – they will work with you to see if your expense is eligible for the program and help you complete the application form.
