Welcome to JMCC

We’re excited to welcome you and your child to JMCC! To help you feel prepared and comfortable, here’s what you need to know before your first visit.

Plan Your Visit

When You Arrive

  • You’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk staff
  • A team member will meet with you to learn more about your child
  • We may do some assessments, play-based activities, or ask you questions to better understand your child’s needs
  • We’ll explain the next steps and how we’ll work together to support your family

What to Bring

  • You and your child’s identification
  • Any medical reports, assessments, or school documents
  • A list of questions or concerns you would like to talk about
  • Your child’s medications (or a list of them)
  • Any mobility or communication devices your child uses
  • Comfort items for your child (e.g. favourite toy)
