Planning for Success: Preparing Now for the Future

Are you a high school student, parent, caregiver, or educator thinking about what comes next after graduation? Planning for Success is an informative, community-based event designed to help families navigate the transition to adulthood for youth with developmental disabilities.

Join us for an open house-style evening where you can connect with a wide range of local organizations and service providers. Representatives from community groups, local organizations, and government-funded adult services will be available to share information, answer questions, and help you better understand the supports available as you plan for the future.
